Hi, my name is Chris and I'd like the opportunity to work with you. I have over 10 years experience of working with people from different backgrounds and situations. I understand that busy lifestyles can have an adverse effect on the human body leading to fatigue and possible injuries, but this can be avoided by my adopting techniques to create more effective movement patterns.
